There should be enough space between the coolers and the heat source but it's probably best to keep an eye on things just in case. The coolers work great as you know- but now that I am installing a single burner on the middle tier, I am concerned that the heat from the burner will melt or compromise the HLT (bottom) and MT on the top - are you seeing any issues with heat affecting the mash tun on the top tier yet with this setup?
